first version of ported TkReferenceTrack, now called ReferenceTrajectory
and inheriting from ReferenceTrajectoryBase to allow e.g.
two-track-refitters to use the same interface;
based on Edmund Widl's private ORCA code, but tried to modularise it a bit

Moved the refitting from AlignmentProducer to AlignmentAlgorithmBase.
