add SiPixelLorentzAngleCalibration:
basically copy paste of SiStripLorentzAngleCalibration
- replacing SiStripLorentzAngle by SiPixelLorentzAngle
- removing peak vs deco mode
- currently foresee BPIX, separated for ring 1-4 and 5-8
