Removed the "v" before the version number since we've removed it from the
tag convention. This may break some client, though, which will have to be
fixed.

Changes on the submit to allow glite bulk submission:
modification just on BossScheduler::sumbit.
Added glite submission using parametric jdl.
Minor fixes to make omogeneous the BossScheduler interface.
Fixes on autoconf.
