- Dependency on SCRAM/SCRAMV1 removed...
- Now cmsset_default is pluggable. Packages that provide a link to their
  init.sh/init.csh in %cmsplatf/etc/profile.d/etc get it sourced. By default
  the environment is empty.

Fixes csh missbehaviour

Adds the cmsset files to the packages...

Hardcodes the compiler for different architectures.

Creates cmsset_default.(c)sh in $RPM_INSTALL_PREFIX. Sourcing such a file will:

-detect the architecture (it uses the same cmsos command which is used widely
by install.sh)
-set the SCRAM_ARCH
-add $RPM_INSTALL_PREFIX/bin and lib to PATH/LD_LIBRARY_PATH
-source init.sh for scram and scramv1
