  Apply (temporary workaround) coral-2_3_10_MsgReporter_lrt.patch for new
  compiler/linker (gcc451 + binutils 2.20.1) to avoid finding a place
  to explicitly link -lrt. In practice the change should be inconsequential
  if one believes the comments as the bit which is excised is on an
  Atlas-specific branch of some CORAL message logger print formatting.
  A better solution can be found later.

Changes for 2.1.1 online release: Fixed scram architecture in post-install scripts fpr all scram managed projects. Also scramcmd is now defined in scramv1-builod.file to scram executable instead of wrapper, and has --arch option to ensure correct architecture (%cmsplatf)

Finilize transition to cmsBuild for online: cleanup version suffices temporarily used for building online with cmsBuild.sh.
