Turn off the genfilters part (only used with webglimpse, anyway), since it
causes problems when building 32-bit on 64-bit machines (since there doesn't
appear to be a 32-bit compabilitity library installed for flex).

-fixes build problem when passing -compiling_processes
-first attempt for cmsglimpse (most likely not working, and anyway waiting
