For 19X. Use patch root-5.18-00-CINT-maxlongline-maxtypedef.patch
instead of root-5.18-00-CINT-maxlongline.patch, as they changed
something else between ROOT 5.17/08 and 5.18/00.

Merging latest ports with changes for online release.

Remove previous root-proofd patch and replace with patch
root-5.14-xrootd-20071001-0000a, made (with a lot of tribulation due
to differences between CVS, SVN and the tarball) from the root-51400-newxrd
branch in ROOT SVN

Modification for  CMSSW_1_7_0_pre10 online  build: merge in changes for online release with modification between pre5 and pre10 (xrootd support and other patches). Remove dependency on xrootd and mysql in online case.

Reset to revision 1.73 (which David was using for 170p10), plus update to
-CMS18. This effectively removes some changes made for online_releases
which were sitting at the HEAD, but unfortunately did not include some
set of changes that David had made. I will be making further changes
on top of this (for 64bit/gcc4.x and perhaps to update to a newer ROOT
version). After that is sorted out we can put back the "if" changes for the
online releases. But there was probably a simpler way of making those
changes than putting if's in all of the spec files for things that use
zlib, etc.)

in ROOT itself (in 5.14.00e)

Turn off Castor for Darwin (perhaps can make this work later, but it is
2nd order) and both Castor and Oracle for Linux/ppc64.
Make also corresponding changes in ROOT ./configure.
