| Log Message: | Have the sched_parameter function return a dictionary instead of a xrsl code snippet. Also add submit() fucntion that, unlike parent's submit(), doesn't turn the requirements parameter into a string. Needed to fix bug #92896: 'ARC Scheduler fails with new ARC versions'. |
