1. New API Call, getDatasetFileBlocks()
2. getDatasetContents() have an optional second parameter, setting it true will bring out list of Files belonging to each EventCollection.
3. Biz. Rule: All files in One EventCollection should belong to same Block
4. EventColl cannot be adde without providing accompaning Files.
5. Modified Code Generator, re-organized a bit more, added new view for new api call, and made some adjustments for othert api calls.
