In the countEvents function, return a hash from the cutflow histogram name to negative one instead of returning negative one. The return value of this function should now always be a hash.
Correctly output the pileup-reweighted numbers of events in numberOfEvents.txt and skimNumberOfEvents.txt. Also, delete any empty skim files.
If EDM files are found, calculate the number of events and output to a file called "skimNumberOfEvents.txt".
Exclude EDM format ROOT files when merging with mergeTFileServiceHistograms.
Output the unweighted number of events for each sample in a file called numberOfEvents.txt.
Uses weightTrees to set the weights of all the TTree objects in the input files.
The "weight" option can now be passed a comma-separated list of weights, one for each input file.
re-formatted output of cross section
Added printout for crossection
Now outputs effective luminosities only if the sample is being weighted.
Check for empty ROOT files before merging.
Clean up output.
Do not output the weights when they are all one.
Keep track of and skip output from incomplete jobs.
Skip empty ROOT files.
Keep the unweighted histograms.
Fix bug with weight calculation.
Do not discard the unweighted merged files, but instead calculate upper limits for their cutflow histograms and then weight them.
Output the weights with five significant figures.
Count the number of events for each argument.
Output the weights.
Fix bug with job counting.
Do not skip jobs with a nonzero exit code, but do skip jobs which exited from receiving a signal.
Do not automatically generate cut flow tables.
Add a couple options for setting the cross section and the cutflow histogram name and use a more efficient method for getting the total number of events.
Automatically weight the histograms using the cross section from the database.
Get number of events from cut flow histogram instead of edmFileUtil.
Add a weight option, and print the number of events processed at the end.
Make the help message clearer.
