Added an option (-P) which will cause, for each dataset being used in the fit,
two additional fits to be performed, one with that dataset scaled down one
sigma and one with that dataset scaled up one sigma. The difference in the
results for that dataset are then displayed as an additional "parametric"
error.

Checks for submission errors before launching merging daemon. If there were no
errors, the daemon gets launched automatically. If some jobs were submitted
successfully, the user is asked whether they want the daemon launched or not
for those jobs. If no jobs were submitted successfully, the daemon will simply
not launch.
