Added an option for moving the good files to a separate directory instead of removing the bad files from the original output directory.

Now correctly handles FJRs from jobs with non-EDM output.

When choosing among multiple datasets, the status of each dataset is now displayed in living color so hopefully it's easier to find the one you want. Also prints out the number of files before and after cleaning.

Loosened the criteria for matching the given dataset name to a database entry to that it behaves like osudb or osusub.
