Added a "-j" option to control the number of simultaneous processes used, similar to the "-j" option of "scram build". The default behavior is to use as many processes as there are CPU cores.

Added "-s" and "-a" options which are used to specify, respectively, a condor directory that was produced previously with BEAN-format skims and a channel within that directory. These options are used when running over skims.
